Yeah, I know I have a fat face. What’s it to ya? At least I’m not (usually) a “fuck face,” as my favorite girl, Sarah K Silverman sometimes likes to call people (in the most affectionate way, of course).

Back to my fat face and this site. This site is meant to tell the story, or more accurately, the many stories of my struggle with weight loss. This time it’s for real

What you can find here are my own stories, inspiring weight loss stories, depressing weight loss stories, and some just plain horrible stories. I will not tell you any stories about weight loss or gain by fuck face celebrities who have the resources and incentive ($$$) to stay healthy!

I’ll also try to give you some solid information, as I find it, including links to interesting news stories about fitness, healthy cooking, and healthy eating for people that are trying to drop those globs of fat (if you can find a good photo of a glob of fat, please pass it along).
